The Kanami Nana is non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect with the product. In that case, you can contact us through the support page, and we will address the situation.

Design Update

The final design is the one shown on this website. Due to the product's promotion by various reviewers and content creators, there have been slight updates to the design. Specifically, the sticker on Nana's body has been modified to avoid any confusion with licensed characters. The mousepad, on the other hand, remains unchanged, with the surface, stitching, and back side remaining exactly the same. The rest of the design has also not been changed.
